MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM EVERYONE AT DRS DOORS!
Please Note: Our engineers will be available up to the 24th and again on 29th, 30th and 31st December. 24/7 emergency callouts outside of these dates for contracted customers will be available as usual.
Another year is drawing to a close and the Christmas break is looming large in front of us. It has been an incredibly positive year for everyone associated with DRS Doors and before we head off to enjoy the festive period, we wanted to take this opportunity to look back at some of the highlights from the past twelve months.
One of the major highlights of 2015 was the launch of our new website and branding earlier this month. The new designs, produced by the team at Flying Saucer in Norwich, have given our company a new image and as we move into the New Year it will allow us to further expand into other areas of the UK.
This year has also given us the opportunity to work on projects for a number of high profile clients, including:
- Costa Coffee: We fitted our automatic swing doors and framework on behalf of main contractors, Rival 4 Interiors Ltd and helped to create an elegant entrance to this new branch at Harwich Ferry Port.
- The East of England Cooperative: Working with building contractors, Forum Contracts Ltd, we fitted a new shop front to the company’s Caister-on-Sea store. The work also included the installation of a new manual swing door for their newly opened funeral office.
- Tendering District Council: Our team carried out the fitting of a single automatic door at Weeley Crematorium for Tendring District Council.
As we move into the New Year we are already looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that 2016 will bring with it. As a company which prides itself on being at the forefront of our industry, we are always keen to identify any new innovations and technologies which will help our customers to provide access for all. We are therefore keenly looking forward to using next year’s Facilities Management Show and Retail Shop Fitting & Display Summit as two opportunities to engage with those within the industry and find out more about new products entering the market.
So as we all head away to enjoy the Christmas break, we would like to take this opportunity to wish all our staff customers and suppliers a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
